New Year's Resolutions for Kendall County

I would like to see the Oswego School Board slow down new construction of schools as the housing market has slowed down - that should mean that our enrollment growth has slowed as well. We don`t need to spend $450 million just because we said we could back when it appeared that growth would never stop. I`m not sure about the rest of you, but I noticed that my property taxes went up this year and the school district gets more than any other government body.

I would like to see all governmental bodies take a hard line on spending our tax dollars. Green space is good but at what price to our wallets? Oswego has built their buildings way too fancy!
I would like to see Michael Madigan stop the game playing with the Gov. just so he can get his daughter elected at the expense of the Illinois residents and businesses.
